  • MO-AH offers a standard delivery service to the United Kingdom.
     

  • Standard delivery takes about 2-4 working days after dispatch.
    Please note: Delivery time may differ if you have brought the products directly from 3rd Party sites such as; TikTok & Instagram. Please check the platform's shipping rules & regulations.

  • The delivery charge is £3.99 for orders below £30. (Free UK delivery on orders over £30)



    Europe Shipping
     

  • MO-AH offers a standard delivery service to Europe. 
     
  • The shipping charge is £9.99 for orders below £85. (5-7 working days after dispatch)
     
  • Free Europe delivery on orders over £85. 

    Please note: Delivery may be delayed due to the ongoing situation of Covid-19. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and other public holidays will be processed on t    he next working day.

    Customers are responsible for the customs fee, tariffs, taxes, or duties. 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

  • MO-AH offers no return or exchange policy.

  • However, in case if the product comes damaged, do notify us on inquiry.moah@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the package.

  • We will review the refund request and will inform you on the status after inspecting the evidence provided.

  • If your refund is approved, we will initiate your refund process to the original method of payment.​ It can take up to 7-10 working days to receive the credit on your account.
